Based on the advantages of existing mature and efficient high standard cotton planting bases and large-scale, modern planting models, intelligent experimental equipment and modern seed processing equipment will be introduced to establish a cotton seed research and production base and a national seed industry park. In collaboration with top domestic research institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Hebei Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, a series of early maturing, high-yielding, and high-quality new varieties have been cultivated, including Xinhai 43, Xinluzhong 54, Xin825, and Youmian 12. The seed industry has achieved industrial development of "industry university research coupling, integrated breeding and promotion", with an annual output of 8000 tons of high-quality cotton seeds. This not only meets its own planting needs, but also provides a large amount of high-quality cotton seeds for Xinjiang cotton farmers, providing seed guarantee for the high-quality development of Xinjiang cotton and making important contributions to the self-reliance and controllability of the national seed industry and seed sources.
