This major safety inspection was carried out in combination with the characteristics of safety production in winter, focusing on the antifreeze and warmth preservation in winter in the processing plant, the operation of vehicles in the field, the safety protection of mechanical equipment and three wire picking; Safety of cotton picking, storage and transportation of agricultural companies; The management of major hazard sources, equipment and facilities, anti freezing and anti condensation pipelines in winter, and process index control of the textile factory were inspected on site. This inspection covered 47 production units in the southern Xinjiang area, issued 31 rectification notices, found 117 potential safety hazards and 32 economic penalties, rewarded 5 units including the first factory, the fifth factory and qiongkule of the headquarters, and urged all factories to form a good atmosphere of learning advanced through reward and punishment measures< br />
